Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
Any Graduates/Post Graduates (Commerce/Management Preferred)
0-3 years of total work experience in the Banking & Financial Services Industry ideally
Excellent Written and Oral (Voice) communication Skills
Flexibility to operate in shifts
Strong customer service focus and attention to detail
Strong Arithmetic, Spreadsheet and Word processing skills
Ability to work within tight SLA requirements
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional Team to deliver customer outcomes
Good typing skills
